MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A historic Arkansas station that hasn't been heard for decades is once again making music.

KWEM-TV went silent in 1960 after playing the likes of Ike Turner, B.B. King and Howlin' Wolf.

The station went on air in 1947 and allowed Johnny Cash, among others, to be on the radio if they paid a fee.
