Grizzlies Grind Out Win In New Orleans

New Orleans, LA-Mike Conley’s last second runner bounced in to give the Grizzlies a 90-88 win in New Orleans on Wednesday.

Conley’s basket wrapped up the Grizzlies nine-nothing run to close the game as they trailed the Pelicans for almost all of the second half.  The Grizzlies were losing 88-81 with just over three minutes left to play.

Conley led the Grizzlies with 16 points.  They also got double figure scoring from Marc Gasol, who had 15, and Zach Randolph and Tony Allen, each with 13.

The Grizzlies have now won four straight games to move a season-high 12 games over the five hundred mark at 38-26.
