(Memphis) After seven weeks on the sidelines because of a sprained knee, Grizzlies center Marc Gasol wanted to play as much as he could in his first game back.

On Tuesday, Gasol made his return and helped the Grizzlies knock off Oklahoma City, 90-87, for Memphis’ third straight win.

Gasol played 24 minutes and scored 12 points to go with four rebounds.

Guard Courtney Lee scored a season-high 24 points to lead the Grizzlies.

Zach Randolph posted another double-double with 23 points and 13 rebounds as the Grizzlies withstood a big night from Thunder all-star Kevin Durant, who scored a game-high 37 points.

The Grizzlies are now 18-19 and play at Milwaukee on Wednesday.
