(Memphis) A Memphis woman is locked up after police said she had her child hold her drugs while they searched her car.

Police arrested Kimberly Jones and her boyfriend Harold Bragg Friday night.

Investigators said the two were acting sketchy in a car parked outside his home on Dallas Street.

Officers said when they walked up to it, they saw a half-smoked blunt of marijuana and three kids in the back seat.

Johnson apparently handed a bag of marijuana and a scale to her 13-year-old daughter. Police said they found it later stashed in her daughter’s purse.

Johnson is facing contributing to delinquency of a child, tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana. She’s being held on $8,000 bond.

Investigators said Bragg had oxycodone pills on him, which he tried getting rid of by stepping on them. He’s facing possession of drugs without a prescription and tampering with evidence. He’s being held on a $20,000 bond.

Both are expected in court Monday morning.
