(Memphis) People who work in front of a computer screen all day could be damaging their eyes.

But according to a new study, you can do something about computer vision syndrome.

Health experts recommend you lower your screen so that you are looking down.

They also recommend you make sure your computer is about 20 to 40 inches from your eyes and that you don’t hold your breath while concentrating on something because this strains eye mucles.
