(WREG-TV) A man has been arrested in connection to an incident Tuesday that ended with a 19-year-old's death.

Michael Baker, 19, has been charged with criminal attempt aggravated robbery.

He is not being charged for Montez Jackson's death, because investigators ruled it a justifiable homicide.

According to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office, Baker and Jackson arranged to meet a third person to exchange an iPhone.

When the buyer arrived at Camden Grove apartments, investigators say Jackson pulled out a gun and demanded money.

The buyer grabbed the gun, resulting in a short struggle.

The gun went off, hitting Jackson in the chest and killing him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
