Hospital Wing Resumes Operations

(Memphis) Operations have resumed at Hospital Wing in Memphis.

Last week, three crew members were killed when a Hospital Wing medical helicopter crashed near Bolivar, TN.

Hospital Wing voluntarily grounded its helicopters while federal agents investigate what caused the crash.

Nurse Carrie Barlow, respiratory therapist Denise Adams, and pilot Charles Smith were killed in the crash.

Funds have been established for each of the three families. Please designate to whom the funds should be distributed.
