Police Investigating Shooting at City Park

(Memphis) One man is recovering at the MED after an overnight shooting at a city park in Raleigh.

Police say the shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday at Raleigh-Bartlett Meadows Park on Chiswood Road — near Raleigh-LaGrange and Covington Pike.

The shooting victim, a male in his late teens or early twenties, ended up at Methodist North but was later airlifted to the MED in critical condition.

Police have detained several people for questioning, but so far, haven’t filed any charges.
