Arrest Made In Deadly Morning Hit & Run

(Memphis) Memphis Police have made an arrest in a deadly morning hit & run.

Police were called to Farmville and Highland around 8:45 this morning and found a man who had been hit by a car.

The man was taken to The MED in extremely critical condition and later died.

Police were looking for a white Lincoln with a red or burgundy top seen leaving the scene driven by the man’s girlfriend.

The woman was found in the 1400 block of Locust.

Police were called to a home where the man lived on a report his car had been vandalized around 7:30 a.m.

The man’s mother identified the suspect as his girlfriend.
