(New York, NY) Two Mid-South states are among the worst in the nation for the unemployed.

In fact, Tennessee is the worst and Mississippi came in at number ten in the 24/7 Wall Street survey.

The survey’s authors cited Tennessee’s strict limits on unemployment benefits as one of the key reasons why the state came in number one on the “worst” list.

On the flip side, the best states to be unemployed are Montana and Hawaii.
