Memphis Police Seize Hundreds of Marijuana Plants, Thousands in Cash

(Memphis, TN) A 40-year-old man is facing serious drug charges after Memphis Police found a grow operation at two of his homes and an apartment Monday.

According to court papers, police arrested Kevin Dusoe after they were tipped off about the drugs. Officers got warrants to search two of Dusoe’s homes, where they found more than 500 hydroponic marijuana plants.

Police also found five vacuumed sealed bags containing $100,000 in Dusoe’s Front Street apartment.

Bond is set at $1,000,000.
