July Date Set For Suburb School District Vote

(Shelby County, TN)  The City Of Bartlett has decided to hold referendums in July to create their own schools.

According to Bartlett Mayor Keith McDonald, all suburbs have approved a plan to hold referendums to create their own school districts.

The July 16 vote will decide if the suburbs will break away from the Unified School system.

Mayor McDonald says all the suburbs will hold referendums that day.
