Missing Child Found In Memphis

(Cookeville, TN)  An Endangered Child Alert has been cancelled after the child was found in Memphis.

Police tell us Ronald Flanigan was, “safely recovered in Memphis, Tennessee.”

Police in Cookeville were looking for the 5-month-old, his father, Ronald Collins, Jr. and his mother, Amanda Collins.

It’s not clear if the parents are in custody.

Ronald Collins, Jr. is reportedly armed and dangerous.

Police say he has been barred from having any contact with Amanda or Ronald.

The T.B.I. also says there is a court order on file to remove the infant from his parents’ custody.

Police said the parents were in a gold, 4-door 1999 Buick Park Avenue.

The vehicle may have a temporary Tennessee tag, number H2283Y.
