(Memphis) Epi-pens could soon be readily available at schools in Tennessee.

Lawmakers have passed a bill requiring public and private schools to have at least two epi-pen devices for students in case of a severe allergy attack.

The bill now heads to Governor Bill Haslam’s desk.

According to studies, one in 13 kids under the age of 18 has at least one food allergy.
