(Jackson, TN) The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrested former Haywood County Sheriff’s deputy Charlie Miller, 45, Tuesday after he was indicted by the Haywood County grand jury Monday on two counts of official misconduct and one count of patronizing prostitution.

The TBI investigated Miller between January 2012 and November 2012 and found out he paid a woman for sex during that time who he knew had active warrants out for her arrest and never took her into custody.

Miller is free on a $10,000 bond.
