Suspects Arrested in Raid Head to Court

(Memphis) Two men arrested in the incident where a Memphis police officer was wounded by friendly fire will be in court today.

Lazarus Johnson and Charles Cross face drug and gun charges.

They were in the North Memphis home officers raided last week with a search warrant.

Officers said a dog in the house charged at them.

One of the officers opened fire, but missed the dog and hit officer Willie Bryant in the back.

Bryant is still in critical condition.
