Miss. Congressional Candidates To Square Off In Debate

(Oxford, MS) Candidates for Mississippi’s first congressional district seat will square off in a debate tonight.

Incumbent Republican Alan Nunnelee will face Democratic challenger Brad Morris.

It will take place at the Overby Center Auditorium at Ole Miss at 5 p.m.

Nunnelee won the seat from Democrat Travis Childers two years ago.

Morris is an Oxford attorney and a small business owner.

The first district takes up almost the top third of the state excluding the Delta.
