Sale of Pseudoephedrine Leads to Meth Bust

(Tipton County, TN)  A man in Burlison, TN is in jail on meth charges.

Deputies were investigating the sale of pseudoephedrine when they discovered a meth lab at 8344 Munford-Gilt Edge Road.

When they approached the home, they could smell a strong chemical coming from the window.

Deputies arrested 39-year-old Leonard Hunter after finding chemicals and other ingredients used to make meth inside the house.

The Tennessee Meth Task Force removed the items from the home.

Hunter is charged with Initiation of Methamphetamine.

He will face a judge September 9th.

This isn’t his first run-in with deputies.

At the time of the most recent arrest, he was out on probation for previous meth charges.
