(Marshall County, MS) The Marshall County, Mississippi Sheriff's Office is seeking two more people in a bizarre kidnapping case that's already seen the arrest of the victim's sister.

Arrest Warrants have been issued by the Justice Court of Marshall County, Mississippi, for the following two individuals Xavier Cornelius Parks and Alexander Carter.

Parks is 31 and lives in Saulsbury, Tennessee.

Carter is 24 and also from Saulsbury, Tennessee

Both are charged with the April 11, 2012 aggravated assault and kidnapping of Charles Hardeman of Holly Springs, Mississippi.

Investigators said someone tied his legs together, threw him in the lake behind the house he was staying in, and set the house on fire.

Gas cans were found around the house as it burned.

Hardeman swam his way out of the lake and got into a pick-up truck to find help.

He crashed the pick-up into a tree and was recently released from The MED.

Parks was almost arrested Sunday in Hardeman County, TN but ran into a wooded area.

Ashley Hardeman, 19, was charged with aggravated assault and kidnapping of her brother, Charles Hardeman.
