    Memphis Police issued a BOLO for 45-year-old Soraya Walton and 8-year-old Jordan Walton Thursday morning. The two were last seen in Chicago on March 22.

  • Man died during Grizzlies game

    MEMPHIS, Tenn — A spokesperson with the FedExForum tells WREG the victim suffered a medical emergency. The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. Friday night during Grizzlies vs Clippers game. In a statement the FedExForum also said paramedics and medical personnel at the venue responded immediately. However the man was not able to be resuscitated and died on the scene. Memphis Police say no foul play is expected.  

  • Memphis man convicted for 2012 shooting

    MEMPHIS, Tenn — A Memphis man was convicted Thursday for trying to kill a man in 2012. Memphis police say Anthony Jackson, 48, got in an argument with the victim in front of a store in Binghamton. Jackson walked away but came back with a gun. Jackson fired the gun hitting the victim in the leg. The victim ran inside the store and Jackson followed, firing more shots. The victim was not hit by any more bullets and is okay. […]

    MPD says one person is in critical condition after being stabbed in the 1300 block of East Trigg at about 6:30 p.m. Friday.

  • Three injured in two car crash

    MEMPHIS, Tenn – Three people were taken to area hospitals after a two car crash in Southeast Memphis. The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. Monday night on Ridgeway Rd. near Hwy 385. The victims’ ages and conditions have not been made available. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

    MEMPHIS, Tenn – A man wanted for killing his pregnant wife in Washington State was captured in Cordova Wednesday. Cory Lindblom was arrested and charged with¬† Manslaughter in the 1st Degree. Investigators say Lindblom shot and killed his wife McKaylee Higgs in Yakima, Washington on March 13, 2013.¬† She was eight weeks pregnant at the time.     MEMPHIS, Tenn – A Memphis Police Officer found himself on the other side of the law after a bar fight on Christmas Eve. Police were called to T. J.
