BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mi. — An Uber driver was arrested after repeatedly stabbing a man who “disrespected” his car.

According to the Detroit Free Press, the victim and his wife had requested a ride from a holiday party at 1 a.m. Saturday and 23-year-old Jacob Allemon accepted.

The victim said he tapped on the window to let the driver know they were entering the car and then got in. Allemon reportedly didn’t say anything about the incident until a mile down the road when he pulled into a shopping center parking lot and demanded the couple get out in the middle of a snowstorm.

Police were told the victim asked if they could wait inside the car until another Uber driver arrived, and that’s when a fight broke out.

The victim was stabbed multiple times in the chest, back and face. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and is expected to be okay.

Allemon was charged with assault and given a $250,000 bond.
