DETROIT -- A woman was dragged off a Delta flight Monday morning after she was repeatedly asked to get of the plane.

According to Delta, the flight from Detroit to San Diego was delayed after the female passenger refused to comply with boarding and baggage check procedures.

Not wanting to budge, staff was forced to call in the Detroit Metropolitan Airport's Police Department to come physically remove her from the plane.

Video from on board the plane showed officers dragging the woman down the aisle of the plane. She was later arrested. Charges are pending.

Neither Delta or authorities would discuss what the woman specifically did to warrant her being removed from the plane.
