AKRON, Ohio — A simple wish put a big smile on one boy’s face.

Six-year-old Jude Sanford suffers from cerebral palsy, epilepsy and partial blindness, WOIO reported.

He has to undergo painful treatments, and the dream of McDonald’s cheeseburgers carries him through them.

Now he gets to be a part of his favorite restaurant.

For Jude’s birthday, Lea and Brian Heidman, who own and operate a McDonald’s in Akron, made him an honorary crew member Wednesday.

He got his own name tag, hat and shirt, and he tried his hand and working at one of the stations.

Of course, Ronald McDonald was there as well!
