SOUTHAVEN, Miss. — A man has turned himself in after he was accused of attacking a woman at a Southaven Kroger.

On Nov. 23, a 24-year-old woman was inside the store in the bakery section when she asked the suspect, Jeremiah Webb, 34, of Memphis about baking a pie.

She said Webb responded by saying, “You need to ask my mother about that, I’m not a b****.”

He then reportedly walked off but returned and attacked the woman.

Police issued a warrant for Webb’s arrest on charges of simple assault.

Monday, he turned himself in to Southaven Police. He has a $2,000 bond.
