Arrest warrant issued in Southaven Kroger attack

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. — An arrest warrant has been issued for the man who allegedly attacked a woman in a Southaven Kroger.

Police are now searching for 34-year-old Jeremiah Webb of Memphis. He is being charged with simple assault.

On November 23, a 24-year-old woman was inside the store in the bakery section when she asked the suspect about baking a pie.

The suspect responded by saying, “You need to ask my mother about that, I’m not a b****.”

He then reportedly walked off, but returned and attacked the woman.
