Missing Tennessee baby boy found safe
DEKALB COUNTY, Tenn. — Eight-month-old Xavier Billings has been found safe after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued a statewide Endangered Child Alert.
When the TBI issued the alert Thursday, Xavier hadn’t been seen for a week.
According to the alert, his parents, Andrew and Adriana Billings, left with him from the scene of an accident in DeKalb County, and a mobile methamphetamine lab was found in their vehicle.
The parents have since been taking into custody on warrants for manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated child abuse.
