Endangered Child Alert in Tennessee for missing boy

DEKALB COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a statewide Endangered Child Alert on behalf of the Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office for 8-month-old Xavier Billings.

Billings was last seen Thursday, November 10 after his parents left the scene of an accident in Dekalb County and a mobile methamphetamine lab was found in their vehicle.

Both Andrew and Adriana Billings have active warrants for manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated child abuse out of Dekalb County, Tennessee.

Xavier is a white male, 0’20” tall, 17 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen with his biological parents Andrew and Adriana Billings.

The trio may be in a 2005 maroon Nissan Sentra with TN tags 2A3-4N4.
