Man indicted in shooting that killed 18-year-old downtown

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 19-year-old has been indicted on murder charges for the downtown shooting back in May that left an 18-year-old dead and two other people hurt.

Kwasi Corbin faces several charges, including first-degree murder, for the shooting that happened near Second Street and Peabody Place.

Myneishia Johnson died from a gunshot wound. A 20-year-old man and a 23-year-old man were also injured.

Police caught Corbin shortly afterward.
