The suspects, Dustin Russell, 30, and Joani Howell, 37, were wanted for trailer and ATV thefts as well as felony assault.
Multiple law enforcement agencies, including SCSO, Memphis Police and Bartlett Police, worked together to look for the suspects.
MPD officers located the suspects on Getwell Road and pursued them to Kerrville Rosemark Road and Miller Road, where SCSO said they believe the suspects' vehicle ran out of gas.
During the short chase, the suspects threw a weapon and a T-shirt out the window of the car, according to SCSO.
The suspects then barricaded themselves inside of a car, according to SCSO.
Deputies brought them into custody peacefully.
SCSO deputies said Russell was connected to a recent trailer theft in Bartlett Friday morning.

Home surveillance video shows the seconds it took for two suspects to steal a man's work trailer early Friday morning from his driveway.
In the video you see the suspects notice the trailer, one hops out wearing a hoodie and attaches it to a white SUV.
The victim's wife saw it all happening on cameras inside their home and told him.
"Grabbed my keys and took off after them," said the man.
The victim, who doesn't not want to be identified, said when he chased Russell, someone in the vehicle began shooting at him at the intersection of Raleigh Lagrange and Sycamore View.
The victim works in construction and said he needs his trailer to help him make a living. Monday night he was glad to hear of an arrest.
"We're not rich we're trying to make a living here and I don't have $1500 lyin' around to buy another trailer. So it's just messin' with my livelihood," said the victim.
Bartlett Police said charges are pending against Russell in connection with the Bartlett theft. Police haven't yet identified the second person involved.
