MEMPHIS, Tenn. — This morning we are talking about domestic violence and the impact it can have in the workplace, including the tools and resources for managers to be proactive and protect domestic violence victims.

Domestic violence costs Tennessee employers millions each year in lost productivity, employee absences and emergency healthcare.

Often times employers have no idea how to help victims.
