Grizzlies go double overtime to knock off the Rockets

HOUSTON _ The Grizzlies closed on an 11-2 run in double-overtime to hand the Rockets their first loss of the preseason 134-125. Troy Williams scored 23 points while JaMychal Green had 21 and eight rebounds to pace the Grizzlies (4-1).

The Rockets shot just 20.6 percent from 3-point range in the loss and had 24 turnovers, seven more than the Grizzlies. Montrezl Harrell scored a team-high 20 off the bench and had 10 rebounds. James Harden just missed a triple-double with 14 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists.

Marc Gasol left the game in the third quarter with a sore right ankle. Nothing major though Gasol did break that same right foot back in February.
