Fight between cousins with sledgehammer lands both in hospital
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A fight between two cousins ended with both in the hospital and one under arrest.
Police were called to the 3000 block of Sharpe for a fight between two men.
When officers arrived, they found a bloody sledgehammer but no people.
About 30 minutes later, a man showed up at Methodist South in critical condition with wounds to his head and forehead.
A short time later, police say Quincy Brown showed up at the Regional Medical Center with non-critical wounds to both eyes.
Brown was arrested.
Police say the men are cousins.
