Police searching for suspects after overnight shootings

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police are looking for suspects following a pair of shootings early Wednesday morning.

The first shooting happened just before 2 a.m. in the 3000 block of Mt. Olive Road near Warford and Chelsea in North Memphis.

Police say the victim was shot twice and taken to the Regional Medical Center in critical condition.

So far, police haven’t released a description of the suspects.

The second shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. on Overbrook Drive in Raleigh.

Police say a man was shot while walking down Overbrook near Austin Peay.

He was taken to the Regional Medical Center but his condition isn’t known at this time.

Police are looking for four men who were last seen driving away in a white SUV.
