Police report state that there is a crash on Elvis and Winchester.
Police were in pursuit of a light green Toyota Camry going westbound on Poplar.
According to police, officers were trying to stop a car, but the car wouldn’t stop.
The driver of the car hit an elderly woman at Elvis Presley and Winchester and continued going.
Police are still looking for the suspect.
