MEMPHIS, Tenn. — You know it, you love it and apparently you’ve been using those 20% coupons from Bed, Bath, and Beyond a lot.

The company is considering doing away with the coupons.

As you likely know, the coupons do expire but are always taken.

The program may be backfiring as the company has seen a 10% decline in profits.

Customers have come to expect the discount.

The company, according to Business Insider, is trying out a loyalty program that gives you free shipping and 20% off purchases if you pay a yearly fee of $29.

If the test is successful, it could mean the end or tighter restrictions on the 20% coupons.
