Photos released of wanted armed robbery suspect

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Memphis Police have released photos of a man wanted for an armed robbery on Union Avenue.

According to authorities, the victim was robbed at gunpoint in the 1700 block of Union on Thursday while retrieving work materials from the back of his van.

The suspect also demanded cash and his two cellphones.

He was later captured on surveillance video using the victim’s debit card at several businesses.
