Memphis man arrested for murdering friend in Nashville
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A Memphis man is behind bars, accused of murdering a friend in Nashville.
The U.S. Marshal’s West Tennessee Fugitive Task Force arrested William Cochran Tuesday here in Memphis.
He was wanted out of Nashville on first-degree murder charges, WTVF reported.
On June 29, Jason McGill drove Cochran to the Greyhound bus terminal in Nashville.
McGill was later found shot to death inside his parked Audi sedan.
On Tuesday, Cochran was taken to the Shelby County Jail where he is awaiting extradition.
