Oakland Police officer arrested for DUI, disorderly conduct

FAYETTE COUNTY, Tenn. — An Oakland Police officer was arrested Saturday morning.

Joseph Mabry, 47, was booked into the Fayette County Jail around 6:45 a.m.

He was charged with disorderly conduct, driving under the influence and violation of implied consent to test his blood alcohol level.

The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office confirmed he is on the force in Oakland.
