City Watch issued for 10-year-old who ran away from friend’s house

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A City Watch alert has been issued for a 10-year-old boy.

Teveyon Johnson walked away from a friend’s residence in the 1000 block of North Belvedere Boulevard at about 8 p.m. Friday and has not returned home, according to the alert.

Police said someone may have seen him at about 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Lincoln Apartments at Chelsea and Watkins.

Police are considering him an endangered runaway.

Teveyon is described as a 4-foot-8, 95-pound black boy with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a white shirt, black pants and black Air Force 1 sneakers.
