It’s been a week of ups and downs in the Mid-South. In case you missed it, here are some of the top stories this week.

 

Last week, City Council discussed an ordinance that would bring stricter rules to panhandling.

 

A Southaven mother is accused of shooting up drugs and passing out, all while her 7-month-old baby was in the backseat of the car.
