New Homeless Program to help cut crime and clean up Memphis!

With the City Council taking steps to stop panhandling in Memphis, the Mayor's office has come up with a new way to help the homeless make money.

It's a win-win situation because it helps homeless men and women get back on their feet by putting them to work.

It also helps cut crime at the same time!
