Missing Tipton County teen, father arrested in Memphis

TIPTON COUNTY, Tenn. — A 16-year-old missing from Tipton County is now behind bars along with her father.

Kinlee Quesnberry and her father, Donald “Bruce” Quesnberry, Jr. were located in the 6600 block of Winchester Road near Kirby in Memphis.

According to authorities, they were spotted waking in the area and when detectives approached they began resisting.

Kinlee allegedly bit one of the deputies, assaulted three others and then vandalized a patrol car.

Donald also resisted, but was also taken into custody.

He was transported to the Tipton County Jail, while his daughter remains behind bars at the Shelby County Juvenile Detention Center.

The arrest brings an end to a search that began on Sunday when the pair went missing.

WREG was told the father made a Go Fund Me page to finance a trip to see his daughter despite being told by a judge to stay away from her.

Quesnberry is a fugitive with a warrant out for his arrest from Illinois.

The father was charged with custodial interference, violation of a protection order and harboring a runaway.

Kinlee was charged with aggravated assault, three counts of assault on a police officer, vandalism and being a runaway.
