MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is in jail, accused of raping a fellow resident and a health care worker at the D&S Community Services home, located on 5880 Covington Pike.

Antoniio Morrison, 24, was arrested Saturday evening for the crimes.

The first victim, the health care worker, told police Morrison assaulted her at the home on Sept. 3. She said he bit her breast as she was trying to get him under control when he was fighting with other staff members.

The affidavit noted Morrison has a history of violent behavior.

That victim received medical treatment for her injuries.

The second victim told police Morrison forcibly had sex with him on Oct. 11 after he told him no. He and Morrison are both mental consumers at the home, according to the affidavit.

The victim was treated at the Mid-South Sexual Assault Resource Center, where a nurse found injuries to support the assault.

In all, Morrison was charged with two counts each of rape, aggravated assault and aggravated sexual battery.
