JACKSON, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has arrested an officer with the Paris, Tennessee Police Department on first-degree murder charges.

On September 2, the TBI was called in to investigate the fatal injuries sustained by a 2-month-old boy named Gunner Page.

The nature of the injuries have not been released, but the child died less than a week later.

During the investigation, it was revealed the child’s father, Christopher Warren Page, was the individual responsible for his death.
