16-year-old added to TBI Most Wanted list

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A Chattanooga teenager is one of the top 10 most wanted people in the state.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation added Deuntray Kellogg to its Top Ten Most Wanted list for a robbery-shooting that left one man dead.

The TBI said Kellogg shot and killed Wonsik No during a robbery of No’s store, East Side Market, in Chattanooga.

Kellogg has warrants for felony murder, especially aggravated robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Kellogg is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on this suspect should call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463). There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
