MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- There's so much we still do not know about the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson, Missouri.

Witnesses claim the 18-year-old was appearing to surrender when he was killed.

While other witnesses and police say brown had a confrontation with the police officer and reached for the officer's gun.

A grand jury is weighing whether to charge the officer.

The FBI is also investigating.

Meanwhile Memphis attorney Walter Bailey is reflecting on a landmark Supreme Court Case he argued back in 1985.

It set the standard for the use of deadly force by police.
