Power outage affects thousands in Southeast Memphis

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Crews from Memphis Light, Gas and Water have restored power to thousands of customers.

At the height of the outage, more than 14,700 customers were without power.

That number fell to just over 9,000 by 7 a.m.
