Kroger closes Germantown store temporarily

GERMANTOWN, Tenn. — Kroger is getting ready to temporarily close its Farmington Boulevard location to renovate the store.

Starting September 13, crews will start remodeling so they can expand the store some from 60,000 to 100,000 square feet.

Renovations are expected to take seven to eight months.

Employees at the Farmington store location will be sent to nearby Kroger stores to work.

After the renovation is complete, Kroger will  close the nearby Exeter store.

If you’re buying school supplies at Kroger be sure to check those prices at the checkout. Caught a bunch that were priced wrong at the Dexter store the other day. Keep your eyes open!!
