MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- With children going back to school, parents have access to a new program that helps them navigate special education laws.

This affects many more families than you might think.

Dr. Susan Neely-Barne, with the University of Memphis Social Work Department, and parent Chris Meyers joined us to talk about what you need to know.
