Mistrial declared for Corinth pastor

Alcorn County, Miss. -- A father told his side of the story after the case against a preacher was accused of molesting his daughter ended in a mistrial.

After five hours of deliberation an Alcorn County jury said it could not reach a verdict for or against Corinth Pastor Timothy Nall.

Now, a new trial is set, and the case will be heard all over again.
